I really like the sales experience I had there. Bought a truck camper earlier this year.Was very pleased with the sales and negotiation process. A very high quality sales force.
Service I found to be a different experience. Staff and techs were very professional, courteous and helpful. But somehow the service system seemed out of control, uncoordinated, too bureaucratic, and not functioning well. Installation of truck modifications when I bought it took about 4 hours longer than had been advised (should have been about a 3 hour job max) Techs seemed to be poorly managed and almost like they could (or would) not remain focused on the job.
Had another experience there a few weeks ago. Needed about 20 minutes of assessment and repair of cabinet latches and had it scheduled with a previously arranged appointment. After 4 hours of waiting and extensive paperwork (go figure) they decided they didn't have the parts and would mail them shipped to me. When I got the parts at home I had them totally installed in 15 minutes by myself.
I will probably use them again for repairs if absolutely essential (i.e warranty work) but not for anything else after warranty. If I shop for an RV again I will definitely shop them as that was a great experience from a purchasing view point.
