They are fine. Just schedule your unit at the early part of the month for pick up / PDI. They tend to cram a lot of sales towards the end of the month and that can cause service to drag a bit as they are over worked then and not so much at the start of the month.
Kieu Hieu is an amazing sales rep. If you don't have one I'd recommend talking to her. She is amazing.
Overall they are good to work with. Just realize if you go towards the end of the month things tend to get a little crazy and if they say 2 days plan on it taking 3.
