LCI Trailair air pressure ?

Air to the mark and try it once loaded. Too much air and it will not give and ride rough. Too little air and it will be too soft and bottom out. You can go a little over or below the mark, but not too far.

I run mine ~1 inch below the mark for the best ride. YMMV..

As previously stated, the requird air pressure is rig dependant. My Coachmen is only 10k loaded, and the trailair only requires 42-45 psi.

Somewhat depends on exact pin box and weight of your trailer. Mine has pin weight of 3600# and I ran 60# when using L05 model which is long pin box and large air bag. Changed pin box to L15 which is 9" shorter and considered the medium length box. It has a smaller diameter bag and same trailer now takes 100#. It all comes down to you want the trailer to float about at the base of the arrow heads on the shock sticker. Randu

I run about 75-80lbs. Any less and it bottoms out, any more and it doesn't absorb the shock as well.

Thanks I will do that, so I guess the pressure is somewhat irrelevent, as long as the top of the yellow arrow is visible once hitched.

There should be a mark on the shock absorber on the front of the pinbox. If not you should start by airing it to the center of the travel. This has to be done while sitting on level ground and without any pull on the hitch. Then air up or down to get the best ride. Too little air and you will get a lot of bounce and too much and it defeats the purpose of the air bag.
