X2. A standard home unit will work. Pick up a Delta, Moen, or other brand name so you can get parts for it down the road.
X3. Getting ready to go to Lowes to pick up a faucet for the Wildwood. I will get a single handle that has a sprayer where the cold handle would have been and I don't have to drill a hole.
