I ended up replacing the faucet yesterday. I originally got a standard residential one from Lowes but once I started into the project it was apparent that it would not work due to the fact there is an exterior refrigerator under the sink and the faucet was plumbed to avoid it. I didn't have the patience to completely re-work the plumbing so I went to my trusty RV dealer to see what he had. The only thing he had was the exact replacement for what I already had. I went on and got it and took all of ten minutes to install it.
After finishing up, I took the old one apart. Here is the picture of the gasket assembly in the thing, along with one of the bad gasket.

There is no brand name on it at all but it is clearly marked "Made in China"
