A lot of people break the rules and laws every day in this country, many different ways. Some people live within the rules and laws every day and other people complain about it. Sorry, if it sounds " rude or inconsiderate" but if it's "permitted" I don't see a problem.
If the world were all meant to be the same, we'd all live in glass houses. Sorry, I just don't see the logic.
It doesn't make me any different than you. If it wasn't permitted we wouldn't be discussing it.
Complaining to the campground, state, county or whatever you have a issue with is the proper action IMHO.
