I am amazed at some of the responses I'm reading.....
I also wonder if it's where one camps? On our recent vacation (sort of scouting out places to Snowbird) Ed and I (in our 60's) nixed a few places as being "too old" - was sort of like camping in a cemetery. There was nothing in the RV park for kids to do (probably designed that way) - so naturally they didn't have younger campers. The State Park we stayed at, had families with younger kids. The KOAs tended to have families with kids - and we're finding that we ENJOY being surrounded by young adults and children having fun :-)
IMO, the kids and teens that I see are no different than previous generations. I have faith that they'll do well and take good care of us - and yes, they will continue to camp.
