So well said! Cold water fish and seafood is soooo delicious and firm and warm water fish and seafood is more like oatmeal and sucks! Tastes horrible and has the texture of a mushy CARP! Even fresh warm water fish always taste muddy and that's one big reason we can't stand catfish or southern crappie and bass etc. Warm water lobster (clawless) taste nothing like the great tasting cold water lobsters and southern crawfish are simply nastily fishy and leave a foul taste in your mouth for hours.
The colder the the water fish and seafood live in, the better they taste and it's so obvious. The difference is like night and day! I couldn't agree more with pitch.
