Roy&Lynne, I'm with you. Central Washington State has four very distinct seasons; here in Southeast VA it's a little less distinct, but we do have some transitions between the warm, HUMID summers and an damp, chilly winter. We have had one year where we had NO winter at all and that "sucked". We get a little snow most winters, just enough to throw everyone into a hilarious panic and the traffic a mess. But year-round summer? Not even year-round spring...spring was always my reward for getting through a cold, barren winter; fall is my reward for surviving another summer...only two good reasons for the heat BTW: vegetable gardens and swimming. Just saying.
