Daughter got a good one too. She put a stove on Wallopop? for $100 and got a reply and the individual was sending a check with a little for the delivery man. Check came it was from Illinois, we are in Texas for $1650 from an on-line business. The stove was $100 and HD sells them for $439. Why would you spend $1650 for a used stove when you can go to the local HD and buy a new one for $439. Told her to tell them we were destroying the check and if they wanted the stove send one check in our name for $100 and another check for the remainder in the delivery mans name and we will give him the check when he comes to pock up the stove.
That was a week ago, haven't gotten a reply back yet.
