I have 2 dump valves on my trailer. One is up front for the grey/black tanks and a 2nd one near the rear for the galley and back bedroom sink. I currently use a rhinoflex hose and just move it back and forth between the 2. I want to get a Y and another hose so I don't have to do that anymore.My question concerns my current hose. It has the elbow already attached to it that you then attach to the screw in sewer pipe. I saw camco makes a Y connector but it has the twist lock connector which won't work with my threaded piece I don't think. Pretty sure I can remove that elbow from my current hose and put a twist lock on there but I'd need a Y that will connect me to the CG's threaded pipe. Those of you that use 2 hoses how do you connect everything?

I cut the hose with the elbow on it and added a "Y" to make this little adapter. The ends "unscrew" cut to size and reassemble. Then I just hook up my front and rear hoses and I'm good to go.

In the picture above, is that the steps to an RV just to the right of the dump? If it is, wow! I would not want that spot.

Friends we camp with have the same issue. I have the same set up. I think your current approach is easier than setting up the wye and additional hoses. My rear grey (galley tank) does not fill that fast.I simply move the hose and connect it to the rear connection on departure.Setting up the wye is just additional work that is unnecessary just to dump the rear tank one time.Maybe the wye would be worthwhile if I were staying a month or longer. But the one hose method will last me at least a solid week

I've yet to find anything that tells the size of that galley tank but it must be pretty small. We're also a family of 5 so I'm dumping the tanks a couple of times during the week stay. It does sound like this is more trouble than it's worth though. I'll have to think on it some more before deciding what I want to do.

our galley actually fills up before everything else. I've yet to find anything that tells the size of that galley tank but it must be pretty small. You an get alternate ends for the Rino.. you need a male end, and as noted a short length of hose (Just cut it off) and a female end.

then do as the photo.

My rig is a bath and a half, The shower and rear (full) bath has it's own "Wash" tank (Technically it's wash, not gray) I use a 25 foot Gray 3/4 Inch Garden hose and on some of my hose ends (the elbow at the ground) there is a male hose fitting. by use of an adapter cap on the RV, I put the shower in that fitting,,, Works well... Very well. But your elbow does not have that fitting.

What is the difference between Wash and Gray... The Kitchen Sink (Food particles).

I think I've found all the pieces I would need to order if I decide to go the 2 hose route. I'll weight the pro's and con's and then decide. It would be nice to just pull handles instead of swapping the hose back and forth but at the same time I only camp at a campground about once a year. I have to figure out if it's more a hassle moving the hose or carrying all the stuff around all the time plus mounting another hose carrier to the camper. Last week I dumped my tanks twice during the week and then again right before we left so 3 times a year probably isn't such a big deal.....well....unless you're the guy doing the work which I am. :D

I have a 1/2 bath (off bunk house) in the rear on the driver's side of the RV with it's own door. Grandkids(6) can use bathroom without running through camper. They can fill a tank quickly. Those are the steps you see. The main entrance is on the passenger or curb side.

Black (40 gal) and 2 grays (40 gal each) forward hose. Black (40 gal) rear hose.
