I don't have speciic info related to your question but I did spend a year contesting a bill for medical supplies that were advertised as free and then was consistently billed. I finally wrote a letter to customer service and explained the whole situation. I recieved a letter a year later telling me to just forget paying the bill!!!!!! Not the most ethicial or responsible company I have ever dealt with. I would never order from them in the future.
