Stainless Steel Cable ties? These are basically Zip-ties, except made out of metal, mainly used to hold exhausts.

Go to a muffler shop, all size's for pipe.

Water hose clamp, you can get them very large made for shield on catalytic converters at any parts store. The perforated rolls of tin used to hang ductwork and drain plumbing will work as well. Check heavy truck shops for pipe clamps used on semi truck exhausts.

In my case if LOWES Doesn't have what I need to fix something I guess I don't need it hehe...
