lightest toad car

Well we had decided on a Honda Fit and we just got back from the dealership without one. They told us a Honda Fit can not be towed 4 down and is only recommended on a tow dolly for emergency towing only. They said towing 4 down will void the warranty. They said the only Hondas that can be towed 4 down are the CRV and the Oddessy, both are too heavy and out of our price range. I told the sales manager at the dealership I see lots of Fits being towed four down. His response was they voided their warranty then. He said if one comes into his service bay they will not honor the warranty or take one in on trade if they know it has been towed.

I guess the search goes on... Thanks for all the feedback. I am still open to more opinions and advice.
