After 3 travel trailers, 3 tow vehicles, 9 years and thousands of miles using 2 different equalizer brand hitches, I took a chance and bought a used Andersen hitch. I couldn't be happier with how it performs. I now have zero noise, very little bounce, no grease, and a very light hitch. The Equilizer did its job well, but it was noisy, dirty and heavy. My trailer weighs in around 7400#, and I'm able to return my front tow vehicle axle to the unloaded height.
