If the GVW of the trailer is 7500 lbs., then the most the tongue weight can be is 1125 lbs., and that is if you use 15 percent. More than likely the tongue weight will be closer to 975 lbs. And just so you know, often the published dry weight of the trailer includes propane and a battery. Some even include a full tank of water. You need to look into what the dry weight of your trailer includes.
