Dealer does not know. I just sent second email to Lippert, this one to OEM Sales instead of Customer Service. -- I would not think it would be a trailer specific issue. Lippert either installs them on their production line on all spring shackle units or it does not.
If they don't it could only be to give you junk so in a few thousand miles you need to buy there upgraded bushings for 35 bucks. That would sound terrible from a customer point of view.----This is more important to me now because I am going to take this trailer next Spring on a 12,000 mile Alaska dream trip.
