Yes but it's overkill and noisy. Not noisy like a contractor gen but noisy in that who wants to listen to a gen run for several hours or longer?
I would invest in a 150W inverter with alligator clips and use the RV batteries to power grill. I've done that many times with my Traeger Junior. I already have an inverter so I just plugged the Traeger into the trailers outside 120V plugin.
