You can always remove that screw using a dime and get door spare key
Been doing this with my vehicles since 1995 when I locked myself out of truck with it still running......had to remove rear glass using a quarter to get access.
That's a great idea. My dad suggested getting black Gorilla tape to match the luggage rack and taping one to the inside of that but with my luck, the rain (because I don't wash my truck much LOL) would deteriorate the tape and the key would impale someone else's windowshield LOL
