Ignore what the food consisted of in the film - because that is not what the most important takeaway should be. Instead, concentrate on what the quality of life conditions are for those massive numbers of people shown in the film.
Ignoring what the situations are right now inside certain Third World countries, and switching to a directly related issue that we can identify with right now in our First World country(ies) -> isn't it getting more and more difficult to find a great camping spot in the summer months without having to make reservations way in advance? :(
P.S. Especially note in that film what one of it's main characters had to do in order to spent a few moments viewing the beautiful uncrowded outdoors of yesteryear!
