We bought 3 trailers from Grand Am including our current one. The facility is a little worn out, but they stay around in lean times by not overspending in good times. Good folks to do business with and would again if we had the opportunity. I also do a lot of my own work on the TT, but we had a warranty issue with our current Terry when it was new, where it had to go back to the factory, and they were great to deal with on that. I know WES has been around for a while but don't know much about them.
Stay away from Eddy's on Horseblock Rd, they got in deep soup with GE on floorplanning and now I understand they are just blatantly ripping off customers. Most of it is around "free" estimates for repairs, which they then charge for, and if you don't pay they charge you $200/day to store the unit until you do pay. Not sure why they are still in business.
