We tried to buy a trailer from Grand Am and they never returned calls. Went there and it took forever to get someone to help then when we called back to make an offer, never got a return call. I dont know how they stay in business except by renting trailers. Looked online and Camping World in Kingston had what we wanted and they took a deposit until we could make it up two weeks later. As we were coming from LI I asked that they prep the trailer for the road, as "subject to my inspection" we were driving away with it. Its a fast 3 hours from Suffolk County. Got there and they had to address a few items and we had our salesman and a tech the whole time. They even mounted my reese dual cam for free.
Instead of driving home we spent the night in Newburgh KOA and discovered an issue witht he toilet. We could have turned around but instead drove home and they shipped a new toilet, not parts, a new toilet.
Ive seen alot of CW bashing but it comes down to people our salesman and the tech were first rate and I would buy there again.
