If you want me to read it, you must punctuate. I have no time for trying to decide where the breaks and commas are supposed to be. If you think it's important enough to type then at least punctuate.
And I'm a skimmer. If I skim and it interests me I'll read it in depth, sometimes more than once to be sure I have it.
