I can recommend Brad and Hall furniture in Elkhart. We purchased a Lafer "Kiri" chair from them more than 13 years ago and it is still in use today with no visible wear or mechanical failure.
It is a very comfortable chair that I use every day. It replaced a fairly large upholstered recliner that came with the trailer when new. I like it because it does not take up a lot of room yet it swivels and reclines completely in addition to being comfortable for either sitting or sleeping. :)
It fits through the door easily and does not take up much room in the trailer. I suspect it will fit your requirements perfectly and would fit right in with the Airstream "look".:)
The Lafer chair also comes in other models. It is a bit pricey but was well worth the money in my opinion.
