I've had a Klymit inflatable for 3 years now, it's been on a few dozen weekend trips and a few week long campouts. It's comfortable from 20 to 95 (or as comfortable as you can be at 95 with just a battery powered fan). Definitely much, much more durable than any of the other inflatables I've owned. Unfortunately it might not be great for a twin bed application as the one I have is 30" and the double wide is 48". Anyways if you want to check it out here the link Klymit Insulated Static V Luxe Sleeping Pad https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00UW7SQQG/
