Looking for a more robust kitchen vent

I know the feeling. Mine is directly in the middle of a step in my roof ladder. I broke mine twice getting to roof with my big foot. And current one has a clothes pin to keep it shut:) At the time I found link below. But not sure if it would be a easy swap out of not and price is crazy. Wish someone would post that has good fix. In mean time and not sure if it would fit.
