All three are fantastic and equal in the HD 2500 and 3500 market if you are thinking diesel. You need to decide for yourself.
Edit: The 3/4 ton hd is almost the same truck as the 1 ton single rear wheel. The difference is the 1 ton gets an additional overload rear spring and can carry twice the trailer tongue weight. I personally think the 3/4 ton trucks shouldn't be manufactured.
