Have you actually GONE to the Camping World?? Our 5th wheel needed repairs last January, so we called an upcoming CW along our route to FL - they got us in the next morning, did the repair, plus we decided to add a Fantastic Fan since our 5er didn't have one. Our dogs were welcomed into the waiting room; and everyone was friendly and helpful. It was an all-around nice experience :-)
Regarding buy an RV from them? They are HUGE - and "huge" often means discounts from the mfrs? I'd certainly look there and get a quote or two? You can always say "no" if you get a bad vibe.
