There is a nice looking class A that will soon be for sale right behind me here at Cathead Creek Ranch RV park (Google for it) 3 miles off I-95 Darian GA exit.
There are a few issues.. But only one is medium serious and that one is unconfirmed.
Issues confirmed:
House batteries need replacement and upgrade
Converter MAY need upgrade (I did not write down model)
On jack did not auto-retract proprly.. May just need lubrication.. I was able to raise it by assisting once I lubed it but it has been a long time down.
Major Junque cleanout (Guy was a pack rat) not dirt, but Junque.
and unconfirmed: Someone said there was a major water leak.. I did not activate water system so do not know.
Runs real nice.. We put in a new engine battery and that puppy (Workhorse chassis Chevy Vortec) fired up like it was on the showroom floor.
Expected price is very very low.
