Well, Mexico is still a little light but the rest of North America has decent (but still lacking) DC fast charging facilities. Nothing like Europe or Japan or China or , but its getting better. The Alcan should be done in a year or two although the gaps are getting smaller. Sufficient L2 but that is not a great way to travel. And if you are Tesla driver its a good idea (read necessity) to have a Chademo or CCS adapter as CCS/Chademo is still more extensive in that part of the country.
My guess is once the first E-trucks hit the road the various networks will expand even faster. Overall, considering there was almost no DC fast charge facilities 6 or 7 years ago and now there are 10's of thousands.

Mexico is working on two main corridors all the way to Belize. Rumour has it they'll be up within a couple years.
