Lordstown/Camping world to make Electric EV's and class E MH

We saw something like this at Harris Ranch the last time we were thru there. (Not my pic) I think it was Hydrogen. Didn't have time to check it out and we were walking the chihuahua. So how does this work. Is it a self pump affair or does an attendant have to come out?
