Los Angeles law against sleeping in cars unconstitutional

From what I read, the law was so vague that if you had too many personal belongings in your automobile you were at risk of being cited (even if you were sleeping somewhere else at night).

It was targeted at the homeless and by necessity included RV's (as mentioned by another poster, there were dumping issues).
