My brother decided last summer to join us on a camping trip to the mountains. Fine with me, bring your tent and you can set up on our site! Well, he doesn't have a tent and he can't sleep in my little trailer--it's already packed with us and the dog. So he decided he would just sleep in his truck. That's all well and good, but you know it gets hot in Georgia in the summer, even in the mountains. So he had the bright idea that he would just RUN HIS TRUCK ALL NIGHT so he could keep the A/C on.

In the end, he wound up bunking with another sister's family in a cabin they rented and we all had a good time. But he still doesn't get the big deal about running his big honkin' diesel all night in a campground. Sheesh. He could have gotten all of us kicked out~!
