spent a St. Patrick's day in a hotel in Dublin. room was over a ball room with what looked like a tin roof. after a while the windows started vibrating and the tin roof amplified the riot going on.
called the desk and they said they were going to shut er down at some ungodly hour.
spent a night in San Francisco in a room overlooking an alley. the USC or whoever the trojans are band was staying there and they decided to practice in the alley in the middle of the night.
I would have enjoyed having it being somebody cackling.
