Low clearance means less than 13'6" of clearance. I cannot imagine that being a problem with an RV. You can go to each state's highways website where they publish a listing of all the places that have less than that amount of clearance. You will very few listings.
The clearance listings are primarily to alert drivers with wide loads where they may not be able to stay in the right lane to make it under an overpass or through a tunnel (as with the tunnel at Zion).
