Agreed, especially on used. Used coaches are more more about condition of the individual coach over any brand consideration. To the OP, Figure out what floorplan works for you, then find the best cared for coach with that floorplan in your budget.
More sound advice! Would you have limitations on mileage say for an older Prevost/Newell vs other newer brands/models?
You probably won't find mileage an issue on any RV. They're parked more than driven. Unless the Prevost was a band bus or something with a million miles. I think most you will find have way less than 100k. Most diesels can handle a million miles or more. Most gassers more than 100k. The house will wear out faster than the engine, drivetrain or chassis. Most Rvs probably have less than 50k miles. People start shying away from miles than high with no real reason why when they would have no issue buying a car with 100k. A coach with a little more miles that was well cared for would be preferable to me over a used coach with hardly any miles. That means it sat, and sitting is bad for anything. Once you start looking around you'll get a feel for excessive mileage. It's pretty rare in RVs. Hardly any miles would scare me more. Why did it sit, why are they getting rid of it with low miles? etc.
