Magnetic tow lights

So I'm considering these. It seems it would be easier than wiring a new car every two or three years. Do you just throw the wire over the roof of the toad? How do you keep the wire from moving all around?

I strung a 4 conductor "wire" thru the frame on mine and then up the column at the rear door. Within that "raceway" I put a quick disconnect that mated with the one on the end of the tow lights. Hook up at the front is more the normal setup
