Mail problems very fustrated
Last winter we went south for a couple months. Had mail forwarded to our sons house. When I fill out the card at post office I indicate household forward. So all mail with address should be forwarded....

I called my local Post Master and explained to her how upset I was. She first told me there was a sub delivering mail last couple of days. Then she said the carrier was right there with her and he said the mail he delivered had some one else's name on it. Duh I marked the card household so if it had my address should have been held and forwarded or if was someone else's mail with another address.
I finally called her boss and she said there was no excuse for this and was going to call my post office. That she needed to get it right. She did suggest that next time I tape some sort of not inside that says change on file.
We will see what happens.
Unfortunately I can not stop relying on mail. I have 2 bills that the companies refuse to get with the times. My local sewer bill as well as my cable and Internet bill. The sewer I am stuck with. The cable and Internet don't have many choices there either. Direct Tv or dish vs cable, ( no other cable company to choose from ). No other descent Internet either.
