Mail problems very fustrated
Last winter we went south for a couple months. Had mail forwarded to our sons house. When I fill out the card at post office I indicate household forward. So all mail with address should be forwarded....

I have my neighbor pick up my mail at home. No problem if it gets delivered. But I have gotten boxes of checks for a neighbor, other peoples 1st class mail, magazines for anyone in the area, missing packages from Amazon and others not delivered to my neighbor even when they had her name and address... The list goes on. Just Bad Service. They just don't look at the name or address at all. Fax at the post office is shut off. Wrote a letter - no reply. Been down there - heard every excuse listed on this post. No change at all. Wish I could go all on-line but not possible. No wonder most don't want to use the service.
