I use Roadmaster tow bar and baseplate on my CRV & previous Jeep GV & Malibu. If go to the Rosdmaster web site it will bring up a lot of info including a list of dealer and installers in your area. No you will not destroy her CR-v if you follow the towing instruction in your owners manual. Dick
