There are criminals everywhere, And there is always some idiot who thinks he has the perfect plan to outsmart those dumb cops.. Yup, those cops are so dumb they will never catch me if I stay in campgrounds and move alot, No way.. Oh, Hello officer,, Under ARREST, Surely you jest. (And do not call him Shirley unless that's the name on the name bar).
Yup, the prisons are just bursting at the seams with folks who thought they were smarter than those "Dumb Cops".... Actually, some of them were,, (But the Dispatcher got 'em he he he) (yup, I was a dispatcher and there are indeed a few convicts that have ME to thank for their ability to sleep secure in the knowledge that the stupid police are not going to toss their sorry ... backs,,, into the slammer... Course they are sleeping IN the slammer, but that's their problem).
