Manufacturers making defective tires
I have owned several trailers throughout the years and always got at least 3 years out of the tires. I keep them covered, properly inflated, balanced and check them frequently. My new 2013 trailer cam...

As others have noted many of the imports seem to fail very quickly.. Now I can think of some reasons for swift tire failure.
1: Tire load rating less than tire load.. (in fact this has been #1 for me, personally) this happens if the tire is only good enough to suppoort the RV empty. And of course you put "Stuff" in it. (Like I did)
Solution, better tire.. or in some case a larger tire (on both my trailers I upgraded one tire size, Of course this is not always possible)
2: Low quality import that .. Well just, meet the specifications (Or perhaps fall a bit short) may claim a load range of H when in fact they are E or some such.. Now if a tire company knowingly does this.. That is a crime.
In the past when a company in China has put out defective products, Heads have rolled (In the literal sense), so one would think there is a motive to put out quality.. however... MONEY is a very evil master,, And the love of it roots all evil or so it is written, And of course they figure to get rich and get away before their head is parted from the rest of their body.
Hopefully, someone wises up and.. Well, things improve.. But I'd not hold my breath on that.
