I also have 1 of each brand. Fantastic Vent in the kitchen and the Max air in the bathroom.
Maxaire can work in rain.
Maxaire is quieter
Fantastic has more bells and whistles
Fantastic moves more air
I like our accidental arrangement. Fantastic installed by Newmar. Maxaire installed by the dealer to replace the useless factory bathroom fan.
