Don't know about the narcotics and out of state of prescription issue. As 8 year fulltimers, we see our doctors and specialists every 6 months. I get all my RX at Walgreens, which works great for us from coast to coast. My internist writes my 9 prescriptions for 90 days refillable 3 times at my annual physical. Back when I had to have monthly blood work for Lipitor he gave me 20 prescriptions for the lab visits, just in case I had to go in extra due to level changes. Is it possible for your doctor to give her 4 or more , 30 day prescriptions for the narcotics, for the length of your trip?
