Sorry to hear this happened to you! This is the reason so many of us try to do easy warranty repairs, rather than take back to the dealer.
Major repairs, often need to go to the shop, but what happened to you, is every ones nightmare. There are good repair shops out there, but many just want the quick buck, and for the time being, are likely to have more work than they can keep up with.
