Have you contacted the manufacturer? I had a horrible experience with Primeaux RV in Carencro, La. Overcharges, charges for work not done and several other things. Called Keystone just to let them know of "their" dealers actions. Rep told me it may take 72 hours and to fax my paper work. With 90 min I had an apology from the OWNER and a full refund issued that day.
