Minimalist married to clutter bug.
Going camping in a small camper, I take very little. On the other hand, my wife who rarely comes with, thinks she needs to take everything--just in case. How do others deal with this problem.?

I like to keep a weeks worth of socks, shorts and T-shirts for a week. Couple pair of Levis and a few Polo shirts in the trailer all thee time. I know what I have and what else I may need to bring to adjust for the season/weather.
DW on the other hand has to tote (read I have to tote) stuff to the trailer to get ready for every trip. "My" section of the closet takes up about 16 inches. She gets the rest.
We do hit the laundromat very near the end of a trip so most of my stuff stays in the trailer and her's comes home.
This system works well for us.
