MISSING ELDERLY COUPLE

It looks like they were found fine in Mio, MI. A little out of their way.

Glad the folks were found ok.
Another reason not to let your elderly parents travel without a cell phone though.

Seems they went about 400 miles past their Illinois destination...

Mio is a little, half-horse town in the northern lower penisula of MI. I had a cabin in the forest there. Glad they were found.

aaaahhhhh ... brings back memories of camping in the area and the Mio "skin-Flix" drive-in theater ... LOL. Glad they were located.

Now I realize why my daughter kept insisting I finally get a cell phone.

Never heard of a Silver Alert, might get my name up in lights yet.

I can't do that,.....can't afford the fuel.

Boy, I remember that drive in too. I think the local teenagers got their sex education by sneaking through the woods to the back of the drive in. They never seemed to care about not having access to a speaker though! :B
