MN is passing a law to fine left lane drivers

Several states have similar laws but I have yet to see it enforced. IMHO the most egregious offenders are semis who hang in the left lane exactly beside another truck, because neither one of them is willing to slow down 1 mph. I'm sure the trucking industry lobbies spend a lot of time and money trying to influence passage and enforcement of such laws.
