Kansas has had the law on the books for a few years and we still have people hanging out in the left lanes. Can relate to governed semi's driving miles on end side by side because one truck is a .25 mph faster.
IF I find myself getting annoyed at drivers I look for the first rest area pull off and take the Collies for a walk. Lot less stressful.
